THE JOURNEY MATTERS TOO
From their shelf. To your next chapter.
A considered delivery experience starts before dispatch. Here’s how we’re planning to make costs, coverage and every milestone easier to understand.
Explore shippingClarity comes first.
- See costs before confirming a real order
- Distinguish dispatch from delivery
- Track each parcel, not just the order
Draft updated 5 October 2026 · Not a final legal policy.
Please note: Shipping is not live. The PIN-code tool is a design demonstration, not a coverage check. Courier partners, charges, handling times, delivery estimates and international availability are not confirmed.
SERVICEABILITY DESIGN DEMO
Start with your destination.
No guessed arrival dates. This tool only checks the PIN-code format and does not store or send it.
A PARCEL HAS ITS OWN STORY
Preparation. Movement. Arrival.
Seller prepares your bag
Availability, packing and dispatch readiness.
Courier takes it forward
Handover and parcel-level tracking events.
Delivery gets closer
An updated estimate and the final delivery status.
01 / Shipping
Coverage & availability
A location needs a real serviceability check.
The proposed live checkout should check the delivery PIN code against each seller and courier route. A valid six-digit PIN code does not automatically mean a location is supported. This preview has no courier coverage connection.
Domestic coverage, remote-area handling and international delivery are not set yet. There is no promise of nationwide, express or free shipping. Any restrictions should be visible before a real purchase is confirmed.
02 / Shipping
Shipping charges
The total should never be a surprise.
Final charges may depend on the seller, product, parcel size, destination and chosen service. No pricing model or free-delivery threshold has been approved. The live checkout should itemise applicable shipping costs and other approved charges before payment.
The current test checkout collects no payment. Any sample amount is for evaluating the interface, not a final shipping quote. Luggage and oversized bags may need different handling; those arrangements remain to be agreed with sellers.

Dispatch & delivery estimates
Preparation time and travel time are different.
The proposed estimate should account for seller preparation, courier pickup and transport to the destination. An order confirmation, a shipping label and a physical courier handover are separate events.
Final cut-off times, business-day definitions and delay handling are not approved. The live experience should display current estimates and changes clearly rather than showing a generic speed claim. No delivery date is guaranteed here.
04 / Shipping
Multiple sellers & parcels
One basket can mean more than one journey.
Products from different sellers may eventually travel separately. The planned order view should show which items are in each parcel, its tracking reference and its own estimated arrival.
This is a design intention, not a live fulfilment arrangement. Partial shipment, combined shipping and split-charge rules need to be confirmed before launch.

When delivery needs attention
A clear next step matters more than a vague status.
A live tracking page should explain delays, missed attempts, address issues and any return-to-sender outcome. Rescheduling, address changes and attempt limits are not connected in this preview and cannot be guaranteed.
If packaging or a product appears damaged in a future live order, preserve useful evidence and use the published support route. Any doorstep inspection or open-box arrangement must be explicitly offered; this page does not introduce one.

Safe delivery & returns
Use verified channels and protect your credentials.
Do not share passwords, payment OTPs or banking credentials with someone claiming to arrange delivery. Any legitimate delivery confirmation procedure must be explained by the connected courier before use.
A delivered item’s return or replacement eligibility should be shown under Returns & Refunds, not inferred from shipping status. Test orders are never shipped and do not qualify for a real pickup.
Can you deliver to my PIN code?
Not yet verifiable. The sample tool validates format only. Live serviceability will need seller and courier data.
Is shipping free?
No free-shipping promise has been approved. Actual charges must be confirmed and displayed before live payment.
Where do I track my parcel?
The Track Orders page demonstrates shipment milestones. All its current events, courier details and dates are fictional.
Good experiences start with clear answers.
