BE HEARD. UNDERSTAND WHAT’S NEXT.

Every concern deserves clarity.

A thoughtful escalation experience should help you explain the issue, keep a record and understand who is looking into it. We’re building that foundation here.

Clarity comes first.

  • Keep the concern and desired outcome clear
  • Separate support from formal escalation
  • Protect private information in your evidence

Draft updated 5 October 2026 · Not a final legal policy.

Please note: Formal grievance intake is not connected. No grievance officer, monitored email, postal address, phone number or response-time commitment has been confirmed. Do not treat this draft or its local note builder as a filed complaint.

PREPARE, DON’T SUBMIT

Put the important
parts together.

Create a note you can keep. This local-only tool sends nothing, saves nothing in Dervoy and creates no case number.

Use fictional details to test. Don’t enter passwords, OTPs, identity documents or financial information. A copied or downloaded note remains on your device.

Support or a grievance?

Choose the right route for the concern.

General feature questions and ordinary order enquiries would normally start with support. An unresolved concern, disputed outcome or privacy issue may need a separate escalation route. The live design should preserve earlier correspondence so you do not need to explain everything again.

Dervoy’s current Contact page identifies channel availability. A monitored support service and formal grievance escalation are not live. Dovi is an AI guide, not a grievance officer or a complaint-handling service.

Prepare a clear record

Useful facts without unnecessary sensitive information.

A useful concern note includes the issue category, relevant order or seller reference where applicable, what happened, when it happened, previous support references and the outcome sought. Keep dates and screenshots of relevant events where appropriate.

Do not include passwords, OTPs, full card or bank details, identity documents or unrelated personal information. The local draft builder accepts no attachments and transmits nothing. Redact sensitive data before sharing evidence through any future verified channel.

The proposed review journey

Acknowledgement, review, outcome and follow-up.

The planned live workflow should acknowledge a submitted concern, provide a reference, review the facts, request relevant clarification if needed and communicate the outcome with an explanation. A follow-up route should be visible if the concern remains unresolved.

These are design stages only, not actual case statuses or guaranteed deadlines. The final process needs a designated owner, monitored channels, applicable legal review and clear handling arrangements before it can receive cases.

Officer & contact details

Verified details must come before formal intake.

Grievance officer name: to be appointed and verified. Dedicated email, phone, operating hours and postal address: to be confirmed. Dervoy has not published a final legal-operator identity on this draft.

The final notice must include the relevant responsible entity, officer details, contact routes and approved acknowledgement and resolution timelines. No competitor’s officer details or response commitments apply to Dervoy.

05 / Grievance Redressal

Privacy & account concerns

A separate issue may need a separate review.

For account access problems, data correction or deletion concerns, use the verified privacy or account route when published. Identity verification may be necessary before records can be disclosed or changed.

The Privacy Policy explains current preview features and outstanding details. This grievance draft does not create an automated account-deletion or privacy-request service.

06 / Grievance Redressal

If a concern remains unresolved

An internal process does not replace applicable protections.

The final grievance process should explain follow-up, who reviews unresolved matters and how outcomes are recorded. It must not imply that using an internal route removes any applicable statutory remedies.

This page is not legal advice and does not decide which external remedy applies to a particular dispute. Before real transactions, Dervoy should have the process and public notices reviewed for its actual operating model.
